Chicken Alfredo (Gluten-Free)

What you need:
* 1 c. cooked, shredded chicken
* 1/2 c. cooked broccoli
* 2 Tbsp. butter
* 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
* 1 c. milk
* 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
* garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
* cooked rice pasta
What to do:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
2. Whisk in cornstarch, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
3. Stir in cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked rice pasta.
